This track was designed for you to deeply relax to. Please listen to it every night as you fall asleep during the course of your hypnotherapy. It will make a real difference to your progress in improving your sleep and help to condition your brain to my voice, the hypnotic script and the background music. You may also want to listen to the relaxation track for a day nap. In that case, you might want to set an alarm for after 30 minutes or longer to make sure you wake at your desired time. Please never listen to the track while driving.
